FIRST TIMERS MEETING - RUSH TRIATHLON

This meeting is open to all registered RUSH competitors who are participating in their first season of triathlon or any competitor who is participating in their first RUSH triathlon.

Date: August 20, 2010
Time: 5:00 p.m. (before the Potato Bake Dinner)
Place: Madison Middle School

Meeting Agenda:
   -Review of Sprint and Intermediate courses.
   -Race day tips.
   -Related experiences by:
         -Past first-time RUSH competitor
         -Ironman Athletes
         -Sports Physiologist
         -International Triathlon Athlete
         -Race Director
   -Rexburg RUSH video presentation.
   -Questions and answers.

Each racer attending the meeting will receive complimentary product from Hammer Nutrition.

This meeting is hosted and presented by PERSONAL BEST Performance.
