OPEN WATER SWIM CLINIC
- RUSH TRIATHLON
Rainbow Lake is a private lake and does not allow swimming to anyone. Those who want to get an inside scoop on the lake and test out the water, must register with Personal Best Performance before August 4 to be part of the Open Water Swim Clinic at Rainbow Lake.

Participants will have access to the new RUSH starting areas, get a review of the lake conditions for the race, and receive open water swimming and sighting instruction while swimming in the lake.
